Spur Gears: Steel spur gears in 20 through 2 Diametral Pitch - 14 1/2° pressure angle stocked. Other circular, metric, or D. P. sizes made-to-order in 14 1/2°, 20° or other pressure angles from steel, nylon, phenolic, bronze, cast iron or other materials up to 96**~~ diameter. Internal gears and ground external profiles may be provided subject to equipment limitations.

Gear Rack: Steel gear rack in 14 1/2° pressure angle - 20 through 3 Diametral Pitch is stocked. Racks with 20° P.A., circular, and metric pitches or special materials made-to-order. Ends can be milled to match for continuous operation if required.

Change Gears: Standard steel change gears and bushings stocked in all tooth sizes for 20, 16, 12, 10, and 8 Diametral Pitch - 14 1/2° pressure angle.

Miter Gears: Steel miter gears - 16 through 3 Diametral Pitch with 20° pressure angle stocked with plain bore for re-boring.

Bevel Gears: We stock a variety of steel bevel gears; ratios 16 through 3 Diametral Pitch - 20° pressure angle. Bevel gears can be made-to-order up to 60" in diameter for custom ratios, materials or configurations.
- All straight tooth bevel and miter gears up to 36" pitch diameter are produced with CONIFLEX tooth profile.

Spiral Bevel and Miter Gears: Spiral bevel and miter gears are available made-to-order in 1" to 60" pitch diameter.
Skew Bevel and Miter Gears: Cut up to 60" pitch diameter, subject to equipment limitations.

Helical Gears: Steel helical gears in 16, 12, 10, 8 and 6 Transverse Diametral Pitch, 14 ½° Normal Pressure Angle, 45° Helix Angle stocked with and without hubs. Type A (no hub) stocked finished bore only. Type B (with hub) stocked in finished bore and for re-boring. All have hardened teeth and are refinished after heat treating for improved accuracy and durability. Sizes not available from stock can usually be made-to-order. Ground tooth profiles may be provided subject to equipment limitations.

Herringbone Gears: Herringbone gears are made-to-order in 16 D. P. through 1 ½ D. P. to 96" diameter, 18" face.
