Made-to-order sprockets are available in steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminum, non-metallic (including phenolic, nylon, UHMW, and others) as well as zinc, cadmium, chrome, and other plating processes.
Alterations such as bore, keyway, setscrews and hardening are available from all Martin Sprocket and Gear facilities on a same day/next day basis. Stock sprockets are made from high carbon steel which allows heat treating in the field when necessary, while avoiding costly downtime and carburizing process.
Martin Sprocket and Gear’s Accu-torch engineered class sprockets are stocked in "A" and "C" styles in popular chain pitch sizes. Additional sizes are available on a competitive made-to-order basis. Martin Sprocket and Gear’s computer-driven manufacturing process ensures high quality, long-life sprockets that enhance drive life.
All of Martin Sprocket and Gear’s sprockets are designed to give customers greater holding power to shaft, increased sprocket wear life, increased productivity, and a decreased need for maintenance. Martin Sprocket and Gear’s boxed and bar coded packaging offers better protection during shipping and handling plus a simpler, more efficient method of identification.
Martin Sprocket and Gear has built their business on sprockets, so it makes sense that they’re known as the first name in sprockets and the last word in sprocket value.
