Leeson Electric Company finds its roots back in the early twentieth century when it was first born from the ideas developed by Emil Doerr. In the year 2000, Leeson became part of the Regal-Beloit Corporation. Leeson Electric has become a highly recognized name in the electric motor industry. Leeson currently offers motors in sizes ranging from sub fractional to hundreds of horsepower.
Leeson finds its products used in an extremely varied group of industries and marketplaces. From the textile and food industries to the paper and bulk material handling industries, Leeson has electric motors on machines in countries around the globe. While it is headquartered in Grafton, Wisconsin, Leeson has two manufacturing facilities in the United States and warehouses strategically placed across the country to serve its ever-increasing number of customer needs.
From AC and DC motors to drives, Leeson usually has products available in stock with immediate shipping availability. If a product is not immediately ready to ship, Leeson is in most cases capable of shipping an item within extremely acceptable time constraints.
