Our precision pins and shafts have multiple uses for automotive, aerospace and general industrial applications. These custom-engineered products are used as motor and gear shafts, fasteners and rollers. They also serve critical functions in fuel injectors and antilock braking systems.
Designs are available in a variety of sizes, configurations and materials to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. We offer flexibility in product volumes from small to large batches and can design special custom packaging and kits based on your needs.

Design Attributes:
- Standard products are offered using AISI 52100, medium and low carbon, stainless and specialty steels such as M50. All are heat treated using our through hardening, carburizing, vacuum or induction processes.
- Engineered surfaces are available to improve performance and minimize friction wear.
- Standard features include spherical ends, corner radius, grooves, knurls, end holes and machined tenons.
- Special features include threads, flats, cross holes and form ground diameters.
