NSK Linear Precision Ball Screws

Manufactured to customerprints or off-the-shelf standard series. Single or double nut pre-loaded to fit customer requirements. Manufactured in inch or metric leads with accuracy from 50 microns up to 3.5 microns per 300 mm (.002" up to .00014" per foot). Nut recirculation styles include tube type, ball deflector, and end cap design. Extra large, large, and miniature leads are offered from .5 mm to 64 mm. Standard diameters range from 4 mm to 50 mm. The K1 is an available option on all ball screws.

		NSK Linear Rolled Ball Screws Economical ball screws for robotics and material handling. Available in flanged, threaded, and square nut configurations with leads from 4 mm to 80 mm, shaft diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm, and in stroke lengths from 102 mm up to 2438 mm (4" to 96"). Choice of machined or unmachined shaft ends. The K1 is an available option on all ball screws.

		NSK Linear Guides Smooth, low friction rolling motion with added rigidity and interchangeable components. A variety of high precision standard sizes offered, ranging from 7 mm to 65 mm rail size. Ideal for industrial equipment and automation. The K1 is an available option on all NSK Linear Guides.

		NSK Linear Monocarrier Linear positioner that combines a precision ball screw and a specially designed linear guide into a compact, integrated system. Both basic mechanical and DC servo motor models available. The K1 is an available option on the NSK Linear monocarrier.

		NSK Linear Megatorque Motor Precise positioning and motion control for robots, indexers, automatic assembly and machining applications. A direct-drive rotary system with a gearless design means exceptional repeatability and acceleration with zero backlash.

		NSK Linear Ball Screw Support Units High quality supports for rolled and precision ball screws. Bore sizes range from 6 mm to 40 mm. Kits contain housing, bearings, seals and lock nuts.
