Gravity Roller Conveyor from Omni Metalcraft does come in various configurations, but the operating principle is the same. A round tube (typically steel) is supported on a shaft (hex or round) by bearings (typically oil sealed). The shaft is contained within formed or structural punched frames by either internal springs or retaining pins. Roller conveyor is suitable for heavier loads that may require a permanent installation.
Roller and shaft sizing is based on the intended application. Custom or standard legs can be provided in various heights in either bolt-on or weld on configurations. Many styles of roller conveyor are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
