Omni Roller Flight Conveyors
|
Roller Flight Conveyors from Omni Metalcraft consist of two strands of heavy duty chain equipped with rollers suspended between them. Products are carried on the rollers, and by powering the chain products are transported or accumulated with minimum back pressure. This is a heavy duty conveyor that requires very little maintenance.
Roller Flight Conveyors have structural channel side frames. Rollers come in 2 1/2 inch or 2 9/16 inch diameters with 6 inch (chain pitch) centers. Effective widths are available up to 96 inches with unit load capacities up to 3500 lbs. Drive packages are available from 1/2 HP to 10 HP. Roller Flight conveyors can be built to your specifications.
