Redi-Rail™ Linear Guide System
Redi-Rail™ Linear Guide Systems are precision engineered for overall speed and accuracy. Achieving speeds up to 26.2 ft/sec ( 8m/s), Redi-Rail™ maintains a running parallelism within ±.001 inches (0.25mm) over the entire length of the rail up to 19 feet.
Redi-Rail™ linear rail systems are an excellent solution for a wide range of applications including: cut-off machines, packaging equipment, pick-and-place automation, and guard door slides. The drawer slides are designed for rugged duty such as: battery racks, tool shelves, ATM machines, and truck inventory systems.
This strong, lightweight and cost effective alternative uses a 6061-T6 extruded aluminum rail with hardened steel raceways, sealed double ball bearings, and customizable seals. Standard sizes and configurations are available from stock. Custom solutions can be designed, engineered, and manufactured to meet your specific requirements.
