Modular System

The RACO MA series electric actuator is an extremely flexible modular system which allows you to customize the actuators to the application requirements. The MA actuator system can accommodate virtually any drive configuration and any electric motor from the special rugged RACO actuator duty AC motor through a variety of AC or DC gearmotors to high performance Servo motors.

The MA series actuator is available in 10 sizes.

Depending upon Application requirements we can offer the reliable RACO self-locking acme screw for safety or the precision RACO ball screw for high cycle rate and high positioning accuracy and repeatability.

		RACO COMPACT -series rod-type electric linear actuator The RACO Compact series electric linear actuator has almost the same performance data as the MA series actuator however more compact in dimensions and a more economical design. It is designed for the lighter duty applications, compared to the extreme heavy duty RACO MA actuator. It has a flexible modular design which allows you to customize the actuators to the application requirements. It is available with a wide variety of drives such as the rugged RACO actuator duty AC motor, AC or DC gearmotors and high performance Servo motors. Depending upon Application requirements we can offer the reliable RACO self-locking acme screw for safety or the quality RACO ball screw for high cycle rate and high positioning accuracy and repeatability.

		RACO Rod-less electric linear Actuators Linear Drives LM series - belt driven Linear Drive The RACO LM Linear modules are the building block for single axis or multiple axis motion / automation systems. The carriage is riding on adjustable roller bearings driven by a high stiffness, steel cord reinforced, zero backlash timing belt. The RACO LM drives are designed for high speeds, long travel (stroke) medium side load applications, found frequently in today`s factory and process automation.

		RACO ROTARY ACTUATORS The RM rotary actuator is designed for automatic operation of valves, gates and other applications requiring rotary motion. The product line follows the RACO modular principle, well known in the linear actuator line. The modular system allows RACO to offer a custom made rotary unit optimized and built for a given application, at a competitive price. The RM line consists of three basic components; gears, motor and accessories. The helical gear design provides high levels of efficiency with low noise levels. The gear compartment is permanently lubricated. Output is available as hollow or solid shaft. The RACO motor has high starting torque and low rotor inertia making it ideal for most rotary applications. The motor is fully sealed to IP65 and is thermally protected with a thermal switch. The accessories are added in the same way as the RACO MA actuator. Accessories include: adjustable limit switches, potentiometer, motor brake and hand wheel. If the RACO electronic motor protection device is used, the motor warranty is extended to four years.
