In recent years, Timkens investment in plants and people to support their metric lines has allowed them to expand itspart number list to meet this important markets needs. Currently, Timkens metric manufacturing facilities are located in Italy, Poland, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Great Britain, India, Romania and the United States.

		Standard IsoClass Bearings The 30000 series bearings included in the original ISO/R 355 standard, often referenced as DIN720, now constitute the core of the IsoClass line of metric bearings.

		Modified IsoClass Bearings Timken has developed modified ISO 355 bearing designs to meet specific application requirements. These bearings have a modified external configuration or internal geometry. Modified IsoClass bearings are indicated by prefixes and/or suffixes to the basic part number. These bearings are not interchangeable with bearings sharing the same basic part number.

		Flanged IsoClass Bearings A variation on standard IsoClass bearings, the flanged outer race facilitates axial location and accurately aligned seats in a through-bored housing. Flanged IsoClass bearings are indicated by prefixes and/or suffixes to the basic part number. These bearings are not interchangeable with bearings sharing the same basic part number.
